Services
Therapy services are provided in-person or virtually.
As a former competitive athlete and a current recreation athlete, I have grown professionally and personally to recognize the critical role of managing internal experiences (i.e., physical sensations, emotions, and thought-based expectations, demands, assumptions, and goals) on physical athletic mechanics and performance. I assist competitive athletes in developing a clearer understanding of the way their thoughts and emotions intersect and relate to performance in sport. Along with improved understanding about the role of emotions and thoughts on performance, I help athletes develop skills to regulate the challenges associated with sport and to reduce barriers to training and mastery.

Couples Therapy
Individual Therapy
I am especially interested in providing therapy to adults (18-70 years of age) struggling with symptoms of anxiety, depression, panic, grief and loss, burnout, and loneliness. My approach includes guiding people towards a clearer understanding of their needs, acceptance of their unique self, and an increasing willingness and ability to regulate themselves through pain, success, anger, joy, isolation, connection, and despair.
Mental Performance Coaching
I enjoy helping couples discover and develop effective and flexible ways of communicating, processing difficult emotions, expressing needs, as well as addressing pain and vulnerability in order to improve understanding, collaboration, trust, intimacy, and vitality.
Fees
Individual Therapy: $225/appointment
Couples Therapy: $225/appointment
The fees above are for a 50-minute appointment. Cash, check, and credit card are accepted forms of payment. Currently, I am an in-network provider with Aetna, Cigna, and TriCare; however, if you have a PPO plan, your insurance provider may reimburse you for some or all the cost of therapy. If you have a PPO plan, I can provide the necessary documentation to assist you in obtaining reimbursement from your insurance provider.
I offer an initial complimentary 15 minute consultation for prospective clients to learn more about my work and for clients to get a better sense about if I may be a good fit.
I offer a sliding scale fee structure when finances may serve as a barrier to accessing therapy services (i.e., students and clients with low income).
More information about fees and starting therapy can be found on the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) page.
